Is it installed ?

description

Sorry,
it seems to me that @GTD is not installed even if I followed the instructions.

I had already framework 2.0, but @GTD required Frameword 3.5 (20 MB downloaded automatically by dotNetFx35setup.exe).
My Outlook 2003 version is 11.8169.8172 SP3 .

Is everything ok ?
thank you very much

Thanks for your feedback. I don't have a clean machine to test the setup. Would you please try the attached setup file, and let me know the result?

BTW, if it is installed correctly, you should see a toolbar as the attached screenshot.

I'm very late, sorry.
I tried this .msi, also I tried on a brand new pc (Windows 2003, Outolook 2003, Framework 3.5, Python 2.5, no updates missing)
nothing has changed, sorry.
I still don't see GTD toolbar on Outlook.
Sorry.
I would like to search the cause of this situation, maybe my Outlook hasn't recorded GTD's dlls in the right places.
Can you help me ?
thank you

Hi there,

I'm new to this thread, but since I had a similar problem I tried the new download & it still doesn't work.

After installing @GTD, Outlook crashes on start up. When I restart it, @GTD has been unselected in the COM Addins tab. If I select it again, nothing changes straight away, but exiting & restarting Outlook will cause a crash.

Please let me know if there's any tracing that I can enable to help work out what the problem might be: I'd love to help getting this utility to work!
